Taco Salad
Make a quick, healthy taco salad using Rio Rancho™ brand tostada bowls. Warm the shells on a baking sheet in a 350 degree oven for 3-4 minutes, or until the top edges turn brown. In the bottom of the bowls spread a layer of refried beans, add a layer of your meat choice (beef, chicken, turkey, or pork slices). Shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, onion, beans, or any veggie you choose goes in next. Top the salad with guacamole, sour cream, or salsa and serve. Healthy, quick and authentically delicious!
